• Developed by: Indian Army and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).
• It is equipped with advanced sensors and cutting-edge technology analytics, providing real-time data integration.
• It will improve battlefield transparency and revolutionise future battlefields through a centralised web application.
• The Battlefield Surveillance System (BSS) will monitor the vast land borders, prevent intrusions, and assess situations with unparalleled accuracy.
• The system will provide inputs to the Command and Army Headquarters, as well as to the Indian Army Decision Support System.
